By using TintBrokers you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

What TintBrokers is

TintBrokers is a directory of window tinting shops. We help you find local installers, compare them, and contact them directly. We do not install window tint, we do not employ installers, and we are not a party to any agreement, quote, or transaction between you and a shop.

Any work you arrange is strictly between you and that shop, including pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and any warranty or dispute that follows.

Using the site

When you use TintBrokers, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate information when you contact us, claim a shop, or create an account.
• Not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or republish our listings or scores.
• Not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, or access accounts that aren't yours.
• Not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us right away if you believe someone else is using it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Shop listings and claims

Most listings are built from publicly available business information, which means a shop can appear here without having signed up. Shop owners can claim their page to correct details and add their own photos, description, and links.

If you claim a shop, you confirm you're authorized to represent that business, and you're responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish on the page. We review claims and uploaded content, and we may reject, edit, or remove a listing or claim at our discretion.

If you're a shop owner and want your listing corrected or removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Fees and payments

Browsing TintBrokers is free for customers. Shop owners may pay a one-time fee to add a shop to the directory, and we may offer paid memberships with additional placement and customization.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled, and cancelling stops future charges without refunding the current period. Paid fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel a listing ourselves.

Shop scores and reviews

Each shop is given a score out of 100 that we calculate from publicly available customer review data. Scores are informational, are generated automatically, and are not a guarantee of the quality, safety, or suitability of any shop.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting TintBrokers. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

Third-party services and links

We rely on third-party providers to run the site — including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and analytics and error-monitoring tools described in our Privacy Policy. Our pages also link to shop websites and map providers we don't control. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we aren't responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

TintBrokers is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep listing details accurate, but business information changes constantly and we can't promise that hours, prices, contact details, photos, or scores are complete or current. We make no warranty about any shop's work, and we don't endorse or recommend any particular installer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TintBrokers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with a shop you found through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TintBrokers after an update means you accept the revised terms.
